When purchasing from Bob's, you not only have someone to answer all your questions, you have the opportunity to test drive the product! And, in some instances, you can even take the vacuum home to try before buying... 

OUR PROCEDURES...

Vacuum Return Policies:  (1) Full refund, store credit, or exchange within 3 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in "new" condition.  (2) The sealed box or package may be returned for full credit within one month from date of purchase.  (3) Steam-Vac products are not returnable once used, unless due to a manufacturer's defect.  (4) For vacuums not meeting the above criteria, a trade-in or store credit may be offered based upon appraisal value of vacuum.  

Other Product Return Policies:  Products must be in unused condition and accompanied by a receipt for a refund. If there is no receipt, you will receive a store credit only. *Credit card purchases will be refunded to credit card used at time of purchase as reflected on receipt. Cash purchases over $50 will be in the form of a store check or store credit.
